The meeting will take place at the University of Reading Whiteknights Campus Reading, United Kingdom, on 8-10 June 2015 at two venues:
- On Monday 8th June, we will meet at the David Grimes Lecture Theatre in the Department of Meteorology
- On Tuesday 9th and Wednesday 10th June, we will meet at the Meadow Suite (see http://www.venuereading.com/Meet/vr-meadowsuite.aspx), which is part of Park House

Lunch, tea and coffee is provided to all participants at the times indicated in the main agenda.

There is a poster discussion session and drinks reception on the Tuesday evening. All participants are requested to bring a poster of their work.
The poster boards are 1 m by 1 m in size.
Please put up your poster as soon as you can on Tuesday morning and then leave it up until the close of the meeting.
Transport and accommodation

Reading has an excellent network of buses and the Whiteknights Campus is served by a number of routes for those that wish to stay in the City Centre instead. There is a wider choice of hotels in the City Centre, which you can book through the many online booking sites.
The main bus serving the Whiteknights Campus is the number 21 and a map can be found at Route21_Map including details of where to get on and off the bus in the city and at the university. There is also the number 17 and number 19, which stop near to the Early Gate side of Campus (closer to the Department of Meteorology).
